After hours and hours of research I have concluded that becoming an elite athlete is up to you. Do you have the hardwork, dedication, and work ethic? Can you push yourself to the breaking point? Are you willing to work everyday for your dreams? Because this is what it takes to become elite. Although some poeple are born taller, stronger or leaner you personally can work through the little challenges in life.

Injuries

ACL injuries are a tragic, common occurance in athletes. I came to conclusion that females are more prone to this specific injurie because of their hip structure and hamestring/quadricept strength ratio. When you quads are stronger then your hamstring this caused tention on knees.
